The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces a new program for faculty and students from Minority-Serving Institutions. This program will bring faculty/students research teams to DHS-affiliated venues for research appointments during the summer of 2005. The deadline for submitting an application is April 27, 2005.
