Join policy makers, private industry leaders and researchers for a panel discussions and keynote presentations focused on improving homeland security through risk-based decision making.

The aim of this conference is to provide homeland security leaders an opportunity to gain critical knowledge about the risks and economic impacts of terrorism. We engage representatives from federal and local agencies, industry leaders, and academia to discuss risk based resource allocation, economic impacts and responses to terrorism, and risk management strategies.

The event is sponsored by the Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE), the first center of excellence established by U.S. Department of Homeland Security and based at the University of Southern California. The Center is dedicated to improving the nation's security through development and application of advanced models and tools for risk and economic analysis of terrorism events.
