CREATE's management team oversees the day-to-day business of the center and come from diverse background.
Dr. Stephen Hora
Dr. Stephen Hora is the Director of CREATE. He is a Research Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Viterbi School of Engineering and of Public Policy and Management at the School of Policy, Planning and Development. He is an expert in decision and risk analyses with particular interest in the use of subject matter experts, statistical modeling, and the analysis of technological, natural, and environmental hazards.
Dr. Isaac Maya
Dr. Isaac Maya, P.E., is CREATE's Director of Research. He has over 26 years of experience in research and development in both academic and industrial environments. He is an expert in interdisciplinary research program and project management and high technology product development. Full bio.
Dr. Adam Rose
Adam Rose serves as Coordinator for Economics at USC's National Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE), Professor of Economics in USC's School of Policy, Planning and Development, and as the Acting Director of USC's new Energy Institute. Full Bio.
Erroll Southers
Erroll G. Southers is CREATE's Associate Director for Special Programs. Mr. Southers is a former FBI Special Agent, whose homeland security and public safety career spans three decades. Mr. Southers also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Homeland Security and Public Policy in the USC School of Policy, Planning and Development. Full bio.
Kelly Gribben
Kelly Gribben is CREATE's Associate Director for External Relations. She manages the external relations of the center, including media relations, business partnerships and events. She has over 10 years of communications experience in both governmental and business organizations. Full bio.
Sabrina Feeley
