The National Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE) is conducting an independent, academically rigorous study to quantify the economic benefits of implementing U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Center of Excellence (COE) tools, technologies, and knowledge products/results to support homeland security operations. This project termed the COE Landscape Study will assess the impacts of COE projects across the homeland security landscape beginning with DHS operational components. It will evaluate a broad sub-set of the COEs’ research and development tools, technologies and knowledge products/results (TTKPs). To learn more about DHS S&T COE program click here.
