CREATE graduate student researchers, Alyssa Newton and Todd Muehlenbeck, have both been placed into the prestigious Presidential Mangement Fellowship program, which is administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and designed to groom future government leaders.
Alyssa has accepted a position at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Todd will be working in the program analysis and evaluation office at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
At CREATE, Todd worked with Professor Adam Rose to devlop economic models and Alyssa worked with the center’s risk perception team evaulating public responses to terrorism.
