CREATE-TSA Symposium Held at Georgetown University

The CREATE-TSA Symposium examining Risks to Transportation Security was held on June 13 and 14, 2016 at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

The University of Southern California’s Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) came together for a two day symposium to better align research efforts towards solving anticipated transportation security challenges.

Speakers at the event included TSA Administrator Peter Neffenger, CREATE Director Detlof von Winterfeldt, General Francis X. Taylor, Under Secretary, Intelligence and Analysis, DHS and many others.

The invite-only symposium discussed numerous relevant topics pertaining to radicalization, deterrence, resilience, adaptive adversaries along with insider threats and cyber security.
